New software brings global success to PaulÂ’s

Iconic handbag designer and retailer PaulÂ’s Boutique has seen a significant upturn in international business after implementing cross-border ecommerce software

The company has seen the number of international orders grow by 56% while international revenue has increased by 40% and now accounts for 50-60% of the company’s weekly revenue.   The results were reported after the brand appointed Global-e to bolster the international ecommerce experience for overseas customers, and drive global growth.
Smooth implementation  After a short and smooth implementation process, Paul’s Boutique can now offer their overseas customers a fully localised shopping experience, enabling them to browse and buy in their local currency and pay in their preferred payment method.
They can also pre-pay all duties and taxes at checkout, checkout in their own language, enjoy multiple shipping options at attractive rates and return purchases locally in key locations.
Paul’s ecommerce manager Hannah Maddock said: “Global-e immediately enabled Paul’s Boutique to achieve our international ambitions. Their proprietary data set enabled us to optimise our global offering and we saw an immediate impact on our international sales figures.”
