Parcelhub integrates OMS

Delivery management company Parcelhub has integrated with a new order management system (OMS)

The move is part of a wider business strategy to integrate with every major OMS. To this end, it has now integrated with the multi-channel ecommerce platform Linnworks and, as with other integrations, it will shorten customers’ label production to a few clicks of a mouse, while retaining full control over every shipment. Chris Knowlson, software engineer at Parcelhub, said: “Once a user selects a postal service method linked to the Parcelhub integration, when printing a label, Linnworks will create the shipment via the Parcelhub API and produce the label. You can also cancel labels directly from within Linnworks. Tracking information is processed into the Linnworks environment.” Mark Rosenberg, Managing Director at Parcelhub added: “Parcelhub continues to set the innovation agenda in the enterprise carrier management space, and since our acquisition by the Whistl Group earlier this year, we will continue to invest in our parcel technology and customer services offerings. Not only do mid-market retailers benefit from bespoke delivery management solutions, they are increasingly outsourcing their customer support operations with us.”
Single interface Merchants powered by Linnworks will now be able to save time with Parcelhub’s accelerated label production and access a single interface to 20+ carriers and 600+ services.
Furthermore, online sellers can save money by deploying user-friendly software and exercising collaborative buying power, unifying a broad and tailored range of carrier services into a single invoice.
