PXtech has won the contract to supply a complete scalable electronic point-of-sale (EPoS) system for the new chain of SNOG Pure Frozen Yogurt stores.

PXtech has won the contract to supply a complete scalable electronic point-of-sale (EPoS) system for the new chain of SNOG Pure Frozen Yogurt stores.

The specialist IT solution provider said it will initially provide SNOG’s South Kensington, Westfield London and Soho shops with EPoS, CCTV and schedule and payment systems, all backed by a 24-hour support facility to allow real-time monitoring of PoS data, such as sales and product mix.

The company will go on to provide this package for all new SNOG shops as the destination brand, which hit the UK High Street in 2008, continues its roll out of further UK shops and launches franchises in Brazil and the Middle East.

Experience provides necessary support

“SNOG decided to work alongside PXtech as they were knowledgeable of the needs of businesses in our sector,” said Pablo Uribe, SNOG director.

PXtech, which also works with over 1,000 UK Subway stores, specialises in providing EPoS systems to the quick-serve restaurant sector, having developed an offer that enables franchise owners to expertly manage their shops remotely using real time transactional data and business information.

“Their product and service offer will not only provide us with a great customer-focused PoS, but will also serve as an enterprise solution for the business as it grows and the franchises multiply, enabling us to see exactly how each shop is performing,” added Uribe.
