In-store media specialist to produce new TV adverts for sports retailer, Sportsdirect.com

 

Mood Media Corporation has won a contract to produce television adverts for the UK sports retailer, Sportsdirect.com in 2011.

 

The TV adverts will air throughout the year and will represent the retailer’s biggest entry in to the TV advertising market to date. The style of the adverts is designed to be bold and punchy in line with the Sportdirect.com brand image and will be created by Mood Media’s creative team.

 

Vincent Smith, head of marketing at Sportsdirect.com, said: “We were impressed by the proposition that Mood Media brought to the table. Their unique understanding of the retail space encouraged our decision to choose them to create our new series of television adverts and we are delighted with the results.”

 

Building on instore graphics quality

Mood Media has traditionally used a mix of music, visual and scent media to help its clients, like High Street retailer Guess, communicate with consumers with a view to driving incremental sales at the point-of-purchase.
