Warnaco Inc. selects retail planning software to support international expansion and direct-to-consumer growth

 

Warnaco Inc., which operates retail globally under the Calvin Klein Underwear, Calvin Klein Jeans and Ck Calvin Klein brands, has selected Oracle Retail to support the growth of its international direct to consumer business.

 

The initial phase of the project will begin immediately with the implementation of Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning for Warnaco’s Asian and European markets. For the second phase, Warnaco plans to implement Oracle Retail Assortment Planning and Size Profile Optimisation.

 

Adopting industry best practices

The New York-based Warnaco Group is a global apparel company that designs, sources, marketing and selling men’s, women’s and children’s sportswear and accessories, intimate apparel, and swimwear under owned and licensed brands including Calvin Klein, Speedo, Chaps, and Warner's and Olga.
