Seatem Group gets just the ticket for card processing services

Anderson Zaks, an independent payment solution provider that supplies integrated transaction processing software, is to supply its RedCard managed service solution to Seatem Group.

 

The RedCard system enables customers using Seatem’s enta theatre ticketing system to pay for their tickets using a debit or credit card. The system will be hosted by Anderson Zaks and is fully compliant with the latest Payment Card industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements.

 

Industry standard system scale

 

The majority of London’s theatreland uses the enta ticketing, marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) system, as well as many high profile sporting venues and attractions around the UK. Therefore, it was important for Seatem that its payment system was fully scalable to cope with the peaks in demand.

 

Andrew Sharp, Seatem Group managing director for ticketing technology, responsible for enta development said: “We were looking for a partner that had the experience and expertise to guide us through the intricacies of Chip & PIN and other industry requirements, and that had the capacity to support our customer transaction volumes.

 

“We also needed a partner that could support us in new territories as enta expands globally. Anderson Zaks was able to satisfy our stringent requirements on all counts.
