Social commerce provider highlights leisure and tourism wins in last quarter

 

Online consumer reviews software is proving popular with travel operators, according to provider Reevoo.

 

It recently revealed wins with leisure and holiday brands Kuoni and Hoseasons for its social commerce software.

 

The companies were among 35 new customers the company signed up in the last quarter, which means it now offers ratings, reviews and conversations in more than 50 languages globally. 

 

Global expansion to meet demand

 

It has also opened a new office location in Australia and and plans to launch another one imminently in the US. The company also said it has seen year-on-year growth of 390% in bookings.

 

Gartner client inquiry volumes for social software for customer relationship management (CRM) software have gone up 50% in the past 12 months.

 

Steve Hurn, chief executive of Reevoo, commented: “We are incredibly excited about the opportunity we are seeing in the market and are looking forward to expanding even further. We are now opening offices in Sydney, with presence in the US coming soon.’’
