British fashion brand works with specialist developer for Vogue Fashion’s Night Out

 

Luxury British fashion brand Jaeger has launched a new Facebook application, ‘Jaeger Your Style’.

 

Designed to further Jaeger’s strategic focus on growing social media channels and community engagement, this new app moves on from previous competitions to boost its Facebook fanbase. The app will also help grow fan page awareness and acquire data from competition entrants while offering a fun and engaging point of difference at the Vogue Fashion’s Night Out event.

 

Integrated with Facebook platform

 

Branded ‘Jaeger Your Style’, the brand worked with One iota, a Facebook preferred Marketing Developer for Apps, to integrate the application into the Facebook platform.

 

The Facebook integration ensures the user experience is social, enabling instore shoppers at Vogue Fashion’s Night Out to design and style their own garment. Once designed, users were then able to easily share their entry with friends and receive votes. The winner receiving the most votes via the app will win an exclusive piece of jewellery from the Scott Wilson for Jaeger London range.

 

Lisa Henderson, Jaeger marketing manager, said: “The application has been a real success for us. We are thrilled that our customers are engaging with the application and have submitted so many creative designs.”

 

One iota designed and developed the application on its MESHSocial platform. The application was optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile devices so Jaeger shoppers and Facebook Fans could access the application on a device of their choice.
