Leading luxury British spa and skincare brand Elemis has selected agenda21 to improve its visibility through internet search engines.


The independent digital media agency will use paid and natural search engine marketing to help Elemis drive more value from branded search terms, better protect its brand and explore opportunities for generic keywords.


Content optimisation and web analytics


The agency said activity will begin with some optimisation of the content on Elemis’ websites, and, alongside a detailed web analytic project to better understand visitor behaviour and improve conversion rates on the site.


It will analyse the effectiveness of the brand’s new and existing search engine marketing (SEM) to understand and optimise the role of generic search terms in the purchase funnel and deliver a very granular campaign using Agenda21’s SEM technology. The agency will also optimise Elemis’ digital assets offsite including location-based promotion of Elemis spa in Mayfair.


Created in 1990, Elemis is used by over 6.5 million spa-goers every year. The company ethos of combining natural active ingredients with technology has resulted in an award-winning range of anti-ageing products and professional spa-therapies and brands including Bliss, Philip Kingsley, Essie and La Therapie, which can all be bought online.


Improving web visibility and experience
