Awards existing supplier an additional £10m contract that spans marketing, print and logistics services

Iceland has awarded a three-year contract worth over £10 million for the provision of marketing support services to HH Global.

Extending a seven-year relationship, both companies stated that they were “fully committed to delivering cost savings while ensuring that quality and service is not compromised”.

Varied contract service scope

The scope of the contract includes print management, data services, point-of-sale (PoS) marketing and online catalogues, as well as warehouse and logistics services.

The provider said its services are tailored to manage Iceland’s varied and sometimes complex requirements, to ensure it can effectively support its 700-plus stores.

Nigel Broadhurst, Iceland buying director, said: “Price points are obviously important when awarding business; but Iceland greatly value efficient campaign delivery and quality of the product. HH Global has consistently provided this which ensured that, along with further cost reduction, HH Global retained the business.”
