By Retail Technology | Friday April 12 2013

House of Fraser partners with digital gifting and incentives provider over e-gift card to capture the business-to-business (B2B) market

House of Fraser for Business has re-launched its e-gift card offering to bring an improved product to the B2B market.

The new e-gift card can be sent to any device that is capable of receiving email. Sent as a secure email, it can be printed and spent in any of House of Fraser’s 61 stores nationwide or online at houseoffraser.co.uk.

John Dove, House of Fraser business incentives manager, said: “We have moved on from our original in-house service, to partner with Cashstar, a leading provider of digital gifting and incentive solutions. Cashstar has a proven track record in the US and already works with our processor, PPS, so integration has been smooth. Our aim is to constantly improve our customers’ experience and this latest development will deliver that within the corporate arena.”

Simplify and speed up rewards

He added: “The ability to deliver rewards and incentives via email can simplify administration for corporate customers who currently use conventional gift cards for staff and customer campaigns. We offer a choice of delivery methods, whereby a business can either email an e-gift card link to their recipient or House of Fraser for Business can email direct to the recipient on their behalf.”

The House of Fraser e-gift cards can be loaded with any value from £1-£1,000, providing flexibility along with the immediacy of email receipt.

House of Fraser for Business is a specialist provider of incentives and rewards, supplying traditional gift cards and vouchers, as well as e-gift card products to corporate users, primarily across the UK and Republic of Ireland who use them for sales incentives, employee rewards, customer loyalty, promotions, flexible and voluntary benefits, Christmas rewards and insurance replacement.
