Fashion brand makes selects e-commerce agency to manage marketplace listings, improve rankings and grow conversions

A Gift From The Gods, a successful retail brand specialising in female fashion, accessories and gifts, has selected e-commerce agency Metakinetic to become its new marketplace management provider.

The brand was born at the height of the 90s dance scene, and today offers a wide range of clothing and accessories, all created using its own exclusive designs and branded with the distinctive ‘A Gift From The Gods’ logo.

Berkshire-based agency Metakinetic has been appointed to provide the brand with multichannel marketplace management. The project will involve data integration with channel marketing software from Lengow to allow greater product visibility across a wide variety of channels.

Increasing rankings and conversions

Opting to manage the brand’s product listings through Lengow will allow the agency to focus on planning and campaigns, optimising individual product listings to increase ranking and conversion rates, as well as providing a cost-effective service.

A Gift From The Gods will benefit from the outsourcing of its marketplace management, increasing the time available to focus on product design and brand direction.

Jane Reucroft, brand founder, commented: “I was very impressed with Metakinetic’s clear understanding of the project, their knowledge of the marketplaces and their willingness to cater to the specific requirements I had, with the flexibility to evolve their service in line with the needs of the business. It was important to find a partner to work with the brand on a long-term basis.”
