Dolittles revamps instore customer comms

Adoption of enterprise store signage system streamlines customer communications, allowing pet and aquatic superstore to react quickly to price and product changes

Dolittles Pet and Aquatic Superstore has transformed the way it produces all instore signage and significantly improved customer service following the implementation of the Enterprise Communication Suite from specialist provider Episys.

The cloud-based Episys system now enables Dolittles to create professional and consistent instore signage across its retail estate, enabling the Wolverhampton-based retailer to react quickly to promotions and new product introductions. And the time saved in the production of signage will be reduced.

Improving customer communications and service

Lisa Till, director at Dolittles, said: “Since we introduced the Episys system, we have a more professional look and feel in our pet stores. The Enterprise Communication Suite has enabled us to achieve significant savings through improved efficiency and also an uplift in sales through better consistency in our signs. 

“Our staff now have the time to spend assisting customers should they need it, rather than wasting time producing signage that is missing or incorrect.”

The adoption of Episys’ suite follows the Dolittles' selection of the Immediate Impact labelling system from the same provider in 2011, to produce high quality point-of-sale (PoS) signage quickly and efficiently.
