The Range hits home with new POS system

Homeware and gardening retailer The Range has implemented a new point of sale (POS) system to replace its legacy one
The new system from PCMS has been rolled out throughout its 140 store network and supports the retailer’s ongoing digital strategy.
Ryan Yeoman, IT project manager at The Range, said: “The legacy system couldn’t fully support us in our omnichannel ambitions, not least as we looked to combine these with a focused growth strategy. Given this, we recognised the need to future proof our in-store systems to better meet the demands of the connected customer."
