Amazon Go targets London launch

Amazons revolutionary checkout-free grocery chain Amazon Go could launch in London this year
According to the Sunday Times, Amazon has already begun searching for high street locations in prime suitable areas of central London.
To enter the store you open the Amazon Go app and swipe a turnstile and artificial intelligence then charges your credit card every time you pick up an item and even takes off the charge if you change your mind and put the item back on the shelf.
The technology behind it is similar to that used in self-driving cars as it combines computer vision, sensor fusion and deep learning.
The online retail giant is testing its first Amazon Go store near its base in Seattle, where the firm’s employees are able to buy goods without queuing at a till.
