Clothing and accessories retailer looks to create single customer view

 

Data management agency, more2 has been appointed by fashion lifestyle retailer, White Stuff.

 

The agency will manage White Stuff’s database, create a single customer view and conduct associated analytics, campaign planning and reporting.

 

White Stuff was established in 1985 and has 64 clothing and accessories stores across the UK. It also operates an online shop and publishes regular mail order catalogues.

 

White Stuff has ambitious plans to become the leading multichannel retail in its sector and wants to develop its new customer acquisition strategy and increase existing customer retention rates and brand loyalty. It has tasked more2 with growing the home shopping and multichannel customer database elements of its business.

 

Bespoke data management services

 

More2 will implement a bespoke data management and segmentation programme, to help identify key prospects amongst its target audience. The agency will also work with the White Stuff to create and manage multichannel marketing campaigns that tie into its wider multichannel retail strategy.
