UK’s largest independent luxury retail group uses validation service to reduce fraud and improve customer service

 

Flannels is using Callcredit Information Group's CallValidate verification tool to help process online payments and increase customer acceptance rates.

 

Launched in 2007, www.flannelsfashion.com was specifically designed as an extension of the already successful Flannels business, offering a capsule collection of the season’s men and womenswear fashion and accessories, from a selection of Flannels key designer labels.

 

Smoothing transaction processing

 

It uses Callvalidate to validate the customer's identity and uniquely links it to the individual’s credit or debit cards and bank accounts; as a result, Flannels can be satisfied the customer is genuinely using their own payment details. Additional validation tools are designed to provide the retailer with maximum protection through specific multi-identification elements, in real time.
