UK department store group introduces new customer marketing programme that enables the management of rewards online

House of Fraser has joined forces with UK and European prepaid services company PrePay Solutions to launch the House of Fraser Recognition Reward Card.

The card enables customers to collect points which are then issued to the card as rewards that can be redeemed when shopping at any of the 61 stores in the UK and Ireland and across the rapidly growing website. It also entitles card members to special offers and invitations to events.

Empowering self-service loyalty

The House of Fraser Recognition Reward Card can be managed online, allowing customers to check their balance, make purchases and sign up to monthly emails about events and offers.

Maureen Dunlop, House of Fraser head of customer relationship management (CRM), said: “It’s our goal to treat every customer like a VIP so we’re delighted to be able to reward our customers through the House of Fraser Recognition Reward Card.

“We’re very pleased with the level of uptake, which shows that our customers see the benefit of the card, as well as enabling us to get much greater customer insight.”
