Personal organiser brand reports 249% increase in online orders after integrating email and social media
Over a year after Filofax decided to use Emailvision to integrate its email marketing with social media activity, the retailer has reported a 249% increase in online orders.
The company has also increased its level of engagement with its customers since deploying Emailvision’s email marketing software, Campaign Commander.
The retailer wanted to maintain its strong digital presence and add the ability to integrate social media channels such as Twitter and Facebook into ongoing email campaigns.
Integrating more personalised approach
Since its implementation last year, Campaign Commander has helped to support shared email promotions, offers and newsletters via social networks, according to the provider, while also identifying and tracking top influencers in mailing lists.
John Morse from Filofax said: “This year we have completely moved away from the ‘one size fits all’ approach and worked to personalise our campaigns to the recipient.
“Through Emailvision’s Campaign Commander smart segmentation we have been able to implement the Filofax VIP club whereby brand advocates are first to receive offers and announcements. By being clever with our segmentation we have seen open and clickthrough rates double year-on-year.”
