Fourteen-year collaboration offers consistent, secure payment experience for customers

Admiral Group has announced a three-year extension of its longstanding collaboration with The Logic Group for its managed payment service.

The ongoing service facilitates the secure and reliable acceptance of UK card-based payments across all Admiral Group brands, which include Admiral, elephant.co.uk, Diamond, and Bell, as well as across multiple customer-facing channels including call centres and websites. 

In a move to future-proof the payment infrastructure, The Logic Group will continue to provide its core payment card validation and authorisation service, with 3D Secure security support for all internet transactions. Through the added control mechanisms that the service provides, the providers will now support the Group’s targets to combat fraud and control Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance costs.

Managing to maintain vigilance

According to the National Fraud Authority, insurance fraud cost the UK industry £2.1 billion in 2011. The Logic Group managed service helps Admiral combat customer fraud by identifying suspect payment transactions as they occur.
