Stock management IT used at launch of a new fashion and beauty website by TOWIE celebrity and tabloid and paparazzi favourite Amy Childs

Dolly Diamonds, the holding company for Amy Childs and Celebrity Fashion Clothing, has chosen e-rmis head office and stock management system from retail IT supplier Eurostop to support the newly launched Amy Childs’ official website.

Reality TV programme The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) character Amy Childs, now a tabloid and paparazzi favourite and TV presenter since leaving the TV hit show, has launched a clothing range and beauty products all of which can be purchased on the website, as well as being available in her beauty salon and boutique shop in Essex.

Dolly Diamonds selected Eurostop’s system for its proven abilities to manage stock in a fast moving environment, for its comprehensive reporting facilities and specialist retail expertise.

Track record with proven capabilities

According to Dionne Dixon, business manager at Dolly Diamonds, stated: “I knew from my experience in retail that Eurostop could provide the specialist expertise that we needed and over the past few years they have taken the system to a new level. Their knowledge means that the system really meets the needs of the retailer.”

The company is using the reporting functionality within the Eurostop system to manage sales of stock, monitoring seasonal trends and popular lines, sizes and colours to support buying decisions. The company also plans to use customer sales information to identify preference and tailor promotions for customer loyalty programmes.

“We have been impressed with the Eurostop system so far, it is ideal for our requirements and as our business expands we know that the Eurostop system will grow with us,” added Dixon.
