Hospitality giant enters into new relationship with marketing network to support the companyÂ’s global affiliate marketing programme and its expansion into core markets

Global hospitality brand Hyatt Hotels & Resorts has appointed performance network Affiliate Window for the launch of a global affiliate marketing programme.

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts plans to launch and expand its performance marketing activity into new markets with a focus on a truly global publisher community offering the greatest reach and diversity. Affiliate Window, part of the zanox Group, will use its international reach with 13 offices worldwide to align with Hyatt’s global brand presence.

Dedicated account management

The dedicated account management team within Affiliate Window and the zanox Group will enable Hyatt to meet its online objectives by supporting key areas of its digital business. This will include its technical capabilities, interactive partnerships and publisher liaison. The support available in local markets will also ensure a comprehensive strategy across all affiliate marketing campaigns, as well as the capacity to adhere to localised trends.

With more than 500 properties in 46 countries, encompassing seven brands, each designed for the individual traveller’s needs, Hyatt’s portfolio of hotels is positioned to capitalise on opportunities available via the performance channel. These will mainly include generating sales and revenue through publisher relationships and cross-promotion of hotels throughout international markets.

Harmonised international approach

Renée Brouwer, director of digital strategy and e-distribution for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in The Americas, commented: “Affiliate Window and zanox provide an approach that appears perfectly suited for our affiliate marketing aspirations at Hyatt.

"The companies offer a comprehensive market management structure, which allow for expansion into core markets in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. This harmonised approach to multi-territory business via a dedicated global team is what we are most excited about.”
