Westfield: focus on audio experience

Three-year deal sees manufacturer Sennheiser providing audio to London and Stratford shopping centres
In a bid to enhance customer experience within Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City - which welcome 66 million visitors a year - shopping centre company Westfield is working with Sennheiser to innovate the audio and music experiences in the centres. This includes the supply of pro-audio equipment such as microphones and speakers.
Sennheiser will be integrated into Westfield music platforms, including ‘Westfield Presents’, which showcases emerging talent across six stages at both centres every weekend.
In addition, Sennheiser will collaborate with the Westfield design team on a project to redevelop seating areas in the centres to provide a personal audio experience.
“Westfield develops partnerships that have innovation and experience at their core and our collaboration with Sennheiser is a great example of how we can create an effective marketing platform for partners whilst enhancing the customer experience,” explained Myf Ryan, Westfield’s director of marketing for the UK & Europe.
