Pet retailer Pets at Home is launching a new app as part of its ongoing omnichannel strategy
The ‘Sales Assist’ MobileFirst iOS app has been developed by IBM to enhance the customer experience.
It will be used on iPads and implemented across 440 Pets at Home
stores around the country, making it easier for customers to purchase products based on previous preferences.
The app will also give employees access to wider customer insights which will provide a more personalised service while speeding up the sales process and experiences of shopping in store.
