Ann Summers reveals CX upgrade

Lingerie and adult toy retailer Ann Summers is implementing new customer experience (CX) software

The company has chosen Biglight to help deliver a step-change in sales performance through
its Customer Experience Optimisation (CXO) process.

Ann Summers said Biglight was chosen as it showed a great understanding of its business objectives, as well as offering significant experience in the retail sector.

Biglight’s optimisation specialists will now work closely with the Ann Summers team to identify, prioritise and test improvements to the 
customer experience, in order to deliver revenue growth.

Jo Hyder, head of brand and digital, said: “Our business felt confident they (Biglight) would be able to help us achieve our goals quickly and support us, where needed, as we move 
forward.”
