By Retail Technology | Wednesday May 23 2018

The most used mobile payment app in the US belongs to coffee giant Starbucks, according to eMarketer

According to latest forecasts, for the first time this year,  over 25% of US smartphone users over 14 will make a mobile payment at least once every six months as additional payment apps continue to come onto the market.

Starbucks is expected to reign supreme in terms of mobile payments app usage until at least 2022, with Apply Pay in second, followed by Google Pay then Samsung Pay.
