John Lewis Partnership (JLP) has selected new HR and payroll software to be implemented across its offices and John Lewis and Waitrose stores

The company has chosen Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Payroll for the major upgrade.

JLP was looking for a single, unified system to replace its existing HR and payroll system and, with Workday, it will move to a cloud-based system that will enable its Partners to make decisions based on real-time information wherever they may be.
