By Retail Technology | Friday May 3 2019

Online retailer AO is deploying dropship software to support delivery of its vast product range

As ao.com expands its product offering, a high-capacity drop-shipping system is viewed as essential for supporting its growth strategy

It has chosen to partner with BluJay Solutions to streamline ao.com's transactional processes, helping to ensure it maintains its on-time delivery reputation; sustaining high customer approval rating.

AO head of retail development Jennifer Hollowood-Smith said: "Our last-mile delivery is central to our business model and customer relationships. We can't afford to compromise on quality, and we are excited to be working with BluJay. With their systems on board, we are perfectly placed to capitalise on the market and take our business into the next phase of growth."
