ISAWITFIRST.com launches click & collect

By Retail Technology | Thursday June 13 2019

Online fashion retailer ISAWITFIRST.com has launched a new click & collect service

Customers can now click & collect from over 7,000 CollectPlus stores from across the UK within two working days.

CollectPlus will confirm when customer orders are ready to collect via email and/or SMS and will send reminders after three and seven days of the parcel arriving at the selected collection point, in case the customer isn’t immediately able to collect their purchase.

Customers will be able to easily track their orders using the CollectPlus app, and also benefit from free Returns via CollectPlus Points within 30 days.

Andrew Stevenson-Thorpe, CTO at ISAWITFIRST.com, said: “Providing a choice of reliable, convenient and affordable delivery options is essential. Increasingly, customers want the ability to order and have their parcel delivered to a convenient location so they can collect their delivery at a time and place that suits them.”
