Papa Johns serves up digital receipts

By Retail Technology | Friday January 31 2020

Pizza restaurant chain Papa John’s has announced a new digital receipts partnership

They are partnering with Flux to give Papa John’s UK customers the ability to access itemised digital receipts directly in their banking app immediately after placing their order online on the Papa John’s website.

The itemised receipts will show customers exactly what they have ordered, next to the relevant transaction in their banking app.

Papa John’s digital receipts feature is currently available for Monzo and Starling bank users and will be rolled out to Barclays customers via the Launchpad mobile app soon.

Gareth Luck, UK ecommerce manager at Papa John’s, said: “We’re really looking forward to streamlining the online ordering process and helping our customers keep track of their spending by delivering Papa John’s receipts straight to their banking apps.”
