Annoushka combats coronavirus by going digital

By Retail Technology | Friday March 13 2020

Global jeweller Annoushka is fighting back against the business impact of coronavirus by going digital

Annoushka believes it can stay nimble with digital client servicing as the global pandemic takes a stranglehold in the world.

The company was the first European jeweller to integrate HERO - a messaging app, which instantly connects online customers to in-store teams via chat, text and video – mimicking the in-store experience in real time.

Annoushka Ducas MBE, creative director of Annoushka, said: “Never have our virtual sales platforms been more important to us as a business and for our global clients who may be feeling entirely isolated. Our upcoming campaign will ensure our global clientele know they can access us through a myriad of connected platforms."
