Laser Clinics signs smooth new IT deal
High street beauty service provider Laser Clinics UK has signed a new three year contract for IT Help Desk service
Laser Clinics has chosen Retail Assist to deal with incidents directly from sites and wholly manage incident resolution, including third parties, running 7 days a week.
Bridget Healy, acting general manager at Laser Clinics UK, said: “As our clinic network expands, we need to be confident that our staff can access full IT support, with Retail Assist’s model making this a cost-effective option. We also wanted someone who could work closely and collaboratively so that we can ensure we offer the best possible customer experience.”
