Lush cleans up with new app

By Retail Technology | Friday October 2 2020 | UPDATED 01.10.20

Handmade cosmetics and soaps retailer Lush has added a new feature to its app to reflect the customer service seen in stores

Lush’s new Personal Shopper feature allows customers across the UK and Ireland to connect with shop teams within a couple of clicks and get tailored, bespoke advice.

The app feature was trialed at Lush Bournemouth, Lush Belfast and Lush Birmingham and was rolled out to all UK and Ireland shops in September.

Charlotte Mills, Lush Bournemouth manager, said: “It’s allowed customers who are maybe a little bit more anxious about coming into our shops to now talk to us instantly through the app and ask about what we have in our shop or our safety measures.”
