Kia hits top gear with customer insights

By Retail Technology | Tuesday October 27 2020 | UPDATED 25.10.20

Automotive brand Kia Motors is using customer insights technology to build consumer loyalty

Kia is now using the AI-powered customer feedback platform from Feefo to provide it with an advanced system that meets heightened consumer expectations as more customer journeys are initially conducted online.

Feefo-authenticated owner reviews are displayed next to each model on the company’s UK website and as the partnership progresses, each Kia dealership’s website will also offer reviews and feedback on dealership service.

Kate McLaren, GM of customer quality at Kia Motors (UK) Limited, said “Partnering with Feefo ensures our prospective customers have access to reliable, independent feedback from Kia owners, in a format that makes it easy for them find what they need. The intelligence we gain from this feedback will also be invaluable in developing our future products and services.”
