Cazoo drives customer insights

Online car retailer Cazoo has selected new insights software to drive improved performance

Cazoo has chosen Qualtrics CoreXM to make its insights team more agility by bringing research in-house and providing faster and more reliable and cost-effective insights.

Tim Farmer, head of CoreXM Solutions Strategy EMEA, said: “We're hearing from insights teams around the world that they've never been more valued by internal stakeholders – but also how much pressure they're under to deliver insights that drive the right actions.”
