Portuguese grocer Sonae MC is streamlining and enhancing its customer service with new technology
Sonae is using Talkdesk CX Cloud to add new layers and efficiency to its customer experience after being impressed by its seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and scalability.
The Talkdesk for Salesforce implementation will including custom routing to reduce handle time, boosting agent efficiency through system automations.
“Talkdesk stood out as a solution that was easy to use and integrate, which was very important to us, as the role of a centralised customer service operation becomes more and more important,” said Ricardo Fernandes, head of customer service at Sonae MC.
