Passenger adventures into automaton

Adventure-inspired clothing brand Passenger has streamlined, simplified and automated its retail operations

Passenger is using Brightpearl’s scalable Retail Operating System (ROS) – which includes a Plug & Play integration to every leading e-commerce provider, a powerful Automation Engine and market-leading demand forecasting – to automate its time-consuming manual workflows, end its use of stopgap spreadsheets and expand its B2B business. 

After growing rapidly, the brand was keen to boost visibility and bring its operations together into a central source of truth. It was particularly attracted to Brightpearl for its robust, customisable functionality and its range of out-of-the-box integrations, including to Shopify, Xero and Peoplevox.
