M&S goes virtual

By Retail Technology | Thursday January 12 2023 | UPDATED 11.01.23

Department store Marks & Spencer has added an in-store virtual try-on experience for customers

M&S partnered with Zyler to trial the technology with the Jaegar clothing brand at its Oxford Circus and Harrogate branches.

Shoppers add a head and shoulders photo and basic measurements to see themselves digitally in the Jaeger collection. Sales assistants guide customers through the process and give style advice.
