The new partnership has transformed the brand’s approach to customer engagement and solved a key challenge – streamlining their customer service requests so that the team isn’t overwhelmed and customer queries on orders and returns are answered quickly and efficiently.
Since the start of the partnership, customer service tickets have decreased by approximately 15-20%.
