Wayfair ramps up AI

Home accessories retailer Wayfair has added new AI enhancements to its app

The app’s Discover tab is now using learnings from its Muse AI generation tool, which generates shoppable images of rooms, CTO Fiona Tan has revealed in an earnings call.

The updated tab has already boosted visit duration and conversions she said.
