Luxury lingerie brand selects Europe’s largest email service provider to maximise online growth

Agent Provocateur has enhanced its email marketing programme using Emailvision’s Campaign Commander technology.

The luxury lingerie brand is putting in place a new email strategy centred on creating a sophisticated and targeted email programme in order to grow online revenues.

Having recently taken the campaign development in-house, the on-demand software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform gives Agent Provocateur the flexibility to manage its campaigns how and when it wants, while also reducing overall costs.

The vendor said Campaign Commander allows Agent Provocateur to set up and manage its campaigns in a logical and user friendly web-based interface, with all the technical features and functionality required both currently and as its needs develop.

Sophisticated campaign rewards customer loyalty

Joanna Kelly, senior e-commerce manager at Agent Provocateur, commented: “Our customers are incredibly loyal to the brand and we want to reward them by sending the most relevant, targeted and engaging communications possible. Email will be a critical communications vehicle for this, so we have partnered with Emailvision to increase the sophistication of our programme, improve our campaign development processes and maximise the value of the channel.”

Nick Gold, UK managing director at Emailvision, added: “the first step for Agent Provocateur is to revisit the data it already has – we are then able to recommend how they can enrich it. Based upon our expertise with similar clients we are able to advise on the best way to extract more value from the database.”
