Store systems refresh prompts rapidly expanding UK fashion retailer to find new service provider

White Stuff has selected specialist retail support services provider Retail Response to support the IT estate of its fashion stores across the UK.

The retailer’s current estate comprises 80 stores, each with between two and 10 electronic point-of-sale (EPoS) systems, which require dependable and capable EPoS support to resolve IT hardware problems in a timely and professional manner.

Retail Response reported that it was selected by White Stuff as its new IT support provider because it was the most able to fulfil these requirements based on its reputation, experience and existing UK customer base.

Extended relationship testament to satisfaction

As further testament to White Stuff’s confidence in the capabilities of Retail Response, the support of its retail systems equipment was extended to PIN entry devices (PEDs) as well as its back office PCs.

Mike Padfield, head of IT at White Stuff, commented: “We chose Retail Response to help support our new retail system based on their excellent reputation in the market. Having become a customer of Retail Response, we can confirm from experience that this reputation is valid.

“The team at Retail Response have collaborated with us to deliver an extremely reliable and cost effective support service. We will continue to work together to maintain excellent standards of support to our stores.”
