Global standards provider calls on industry to help develop customer service and delivery
The British Standards Institution (BSI) is seeking industry input into a new standard for online shopping.
The new draft standard is designed to give guidance on how organisations can manage effective e-commerce service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
The BSI said the international draft standard has also been developed to respond to the growing demand for online retailing.
The draft of ISO 10008 is available here on the BSI website for comment until 10 September 2012.
