Integrates retail management systems to strengthen multichannel offering with Eurostop

Flannels has upgraded its head office systems supplied by Eurostop to integrate key business processes.

 

The integration has enabled live stock updates, increased automation of processes and easier management of customer promotions to streamline operations at the UK independent luxury retail group.

 

The retailer is now able to manage stock levels more closely ensuring stock is used to best meet customer demand. More automated processes mean that the head office system and the electronic point-of-sale (EPoS) systems are now fully synchronised with the retailer’s website www.flannelsfashion.com.

 

Multichannel development made possible

 

The retailer’s website has also been refreshed with more editable content, to provide a more compelling experience for customers and develop search engine optimisation (SEO) capabilities. Improved filters help customers navigate to products more quickly and social networking features encourage greater visitor engagement with the website. For repeat visitors, the system automatically displays their favourite social networks.
