Media Markt optimises supply chain

Swedish home electronics retailer Media Markt is optimising its supply chain processes to cut inventory and boost availability
It has selected Relex’s retail planning solution to replace the retailer’s largely manual supply chain management processes.
The new software is expected to improve the accuracy of its forecasting, match inventory to demand, boost availability and cut the workload on staff through automation.
