Luxury lingerie brand Cosabella has had a 30% lift in sales conversion after implementing new personalisation technology

The new “StyleWidget” is a visual merchandising platform which enables shoppers to submit personalised styling requests and receive back suggestions and a personally selected range of merchandise from a Cosabella stylist. 

The StyleWidget is part of Snap + Style’s software-as-a-service retail technology suite which brings interactivity to customer service.

Cosabella CEO Guido Campello said: “Snap+Style Business is truly a game changer for us. In the past six months, when a customer submitted a request using Snap+Style Business on our site, 30% of the time it converted to a sale, with a larger AOV (average order value) than those who didn't," said Cosabella CEO Guido Campello.
