KFC adds spice with AI

By Retail Technology | Thursday April 29 2021 | UPDATED 28.04.21

Fast food chain KFC UK & Ireland will utilise a new AI system to optimise menu performance

KFC has selected Peak’s AI System to unlock value from its restaurant and core menu data, to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Leveraging rich data sources from across the business will help build a holistic, predictive view of each item, enabling KFC to make faster, more consistent decisions, supported by data.

“We’re looking forward to working with Peak. Our ambition is to use our data to ensure we continue serving a guest-centric menu, helping each of our restaurants to continue to deliver the best service possible,” explained James Whitehorn, commercial director at KFC UK & Ireland.
