Danone trials research management tool

By Retail Technology | Tuesday March 21 2023 | UPDATED 21.03.23

World food company Danone has been trialling a new research management tool

For the past four months, Danone has been using Research Management from Stravito which allows retail insights teams to  manage every aspect of their research projects from one secure space.

With researchers in 30 countries and studies being completed every month, Danone needed a more automated, helpful and collaborative way to manage insights projects and avoid the duplication of work.

The new Research Management tool  fully integrates with Stravito’s repository, allowing insights professionals to review available research before beginning a project, and instantly publish completed research.

Joanna Dumont, VP strategy, insights and innovation at Danone, said: “At Danone we are always innovating with data and insights, and looking for tools that can empower us to work as one team in a more effective and smart way.

“Research Management enables best practice sharing, makes processes much more transparent, and increases team collaboration. So far, in the pilots and the markets that it has launched in, the feedback has been really aligned with our overall goal to increase efficiency.”
