By Retail Technology | Monday December 16 2024 | UPDATED 15.12.24

US retail giant Target has debuted a new generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) powered tool that provides personalised product recommendations to help customers

Available now on Target.com and the Target app, Bullseye Gift Finder serves up gift recommendations for kids based on their selected criteria — including age, hobbies and favourite brands.

In addition, Target is experimenting with a new chat feature called Shopping Assistant which answers questions and provides recommendations as you shop.
