10CMS, creators of the market leading Interactive Merchandising platform, have announced promising results from the first phase of its deployment on The Savile Row Company’s website.

 

Phase one of the launch introduced 10CMS carousels on the home and category pages. A crucial element of the deployment was to enable multi-currency support so that Savile Row could create localised interactive merchandising content for both the northern and southern hemispheres, maximising the benefit of merchandising products all year round.

 

“We introduced 10CMS into our site experience in February of this year and the results have been outstanding. Customers that engage with 10CMS content are twice as likely to convert and on average they spend 20% more than those that don't. We knew that richer interactive content would deliver a much more engaging experience for our customers, but we were concerned about the third party costs to update and maintain rich content modules on the site,” commented Diane Canady, Savile Row head of e-commerce.

 

Making website sticky and content fresh

 

“With 10CMS, we have the ability to transform the look and feel of the website in minutes, without any expensive third-party technical intervention. As a result the rich promotional content is always refreshed, which has resulted in the landing page bounce rate and one-page sessions dropping by over 30%. This ability to quickly re-merchandise key promotional content areas is helping us to maintain conversion and AOV [average order value] uplift at the same high levels since launch.”

 

“To date we have introduced 10CMS modules onto key landing pages, and we are now busy planning additional 10CMS modules across our online experience, including introducing it onto our Facebook fan page and eBay store later in the year,” concluded Canady.

 

10CMS is now fully integrated with Snow Valley’s MUSE e-commerce platform.
